"Winter's Veil"

Winter morning along the West Elk Loop in central Colorado

It was one of those mornings. You know, the one where you planned to get up to photograph sunrise but every part of you says "Not today!". My artistic voice coaxed me out of bed and into my truck. My thoughts were foggy, appropriately so, as I stumbled onto this captivating landscape, The atmosphere was so thick I realized I was not alone and maybe Mother Nature was a bit foggy today, too. Then came the sun. Shining its brilliance through the cloud cover and into my soul. Man, did that feel good. Trusting your artistic instinct is always a good call.

Stay true to your artistic self.

Why not try a Soul Road Trip sometime?
