Friday August 13th -

Arrive in Anchorage and we'll pick you up at the Ted Stevens International Airport. At 6p we'll gather  for dinner and a short program where I will show you some images of places we will be going. We'll talk about the plans for the trip and just get acquainted. Lodging in Anchorage.

Saturday August 14th -

7a - Meet in the lobby of our host hotel and we'll head for breakfast. We'll then hit the road southbound to visit The Alaska Wildlife Refuge, The Portage Glacier and end up in Seward. Lodging for the next three nights will be in Seward.

Sunday August 15th -

5a - It's an early morning as we will want to capture a sunrise in this amazing location. Seward is surrounded by mountains on three sides and Resurrection Bay on the south.  We will visit the Alaska SeaLife Center in town. There is an old shipyard on the east side of the bay for you eclectic shooters, too. Exit Glacier is not far away either. Worth a short trip there as well.

Monday August 16th -

7a - Breakfast and then a cruise on Resurrection Bay where we will see whales, dolphins, puffins and other marine life. Glaciers are also on this trip so be amazed. It's a full day of fun and photography.

Wednesday August 18h -

We then jump on our own pontoon boat piloted one of their outdoor and bear specialists as we cruise the shores of the lake in search of bears! Oh and we will see bears!! The beauty of a pontoon boat is that we are eye-level with the bears. We can get close and remain safe. The bears are busy getting fat for hibernation so they really don't even know we are there!

Thursday August 19th -
